Our Guarantee

    Interior Design - $60/hr (1 hr minimum)
                                - I can go with you to the furniture store to help you pick out furniture and fabrics,
                                - I can draw a 1/4" scale floor plan to make sure your new furniture will fit,
                                - I can draw a room perspective using E-Z Decorator,
                                - I can help you pick out window treatments, flooring, paint color, bedding, accessories, etc.,
                                - I can design an entire room, media furniture, bookcases, sofa, etc.,
                               

Interior ReDesign - $60 - $100/hr (depending on whether you help in the redesign or I bring in my helpers)
                                  - ReDesign is creating a revitalized space using what you already have.  You may have seen ReDesign on  on HGTV.  If:
                                  - you don't want to purchase anything new: just use what you already have
                                  - your space feels cluttered,
                                  - something about it is just not right,
                                  - your moving to a smaller home,
                                  - blending two households,                              
then you need an Interior Redesign.  Redesign usually takes 5-6 hours and when necessary we use treasures found in other rooms (with your permission, of course).

We offer two options in ReDesign:

Lone ReArranger of AZ and YOU or YOUR helpers do all the work.  You assist in creating your revitalized space.  We charge $60 hour (1 hour minimum per visit).  We can do the ReDesign together at the first meeting if it's a small job or plan a date for a large job.

Lone ReArranger of AZ and OUR helpers do all the work.  You are surprised with a dramatically transformed, renewed space.  We charge $100 hour (1 hour minimum per visit).
1st appointment: Before beginning your redesign or staging process we get to know your needs at an initial consultation.  We will address your entire home and leave you with tons of decorator secrets. The cost for this consultation is $60 hour (1 hour minimum per visit).    The consultation fee  is applied to your ReDesign or Staging if done within 30 days of consultation.  Saturday appointments are available.

Real Estate Staging -  $60 - $100/hr (depending on whether you help in the staging or I bring in my helpers)

Consultation Only: Lone ReArranger provides you professional home sale decorating advice only.  You and your helpers do all the work.  We charge $60 hour (1 hour minimum per visit). We can do the staging together at the first meeting if it's a small job or plan a date for a large job. See 1st appointment.

Staging: Lone ReArranger and our helpers do all the work.  We charge $100 hour (1 hour minimum per visit).  See 1st appointment.  It's impossible to give an average cost without seeing your space.  Each home is unique.

 Design Advice - $60 hour (1 hour minimum per visit).  Professional advice on any of your decorating concerns like where to start, color selection, space planning, art and collection display, etc.  This is the first step in the ReDesign, Staging and Do-It-Yourself Plan as well.

Satisfaction Guarantee - It's never happened but if within 2 weeks of our ReDesign you are not completely thrilled with the transformation made in your home, we will make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge.  You've got nothing to lose.
