transform your rooms using the
items you already have in your home - no need to
buy anything new.
Trust and an adventurous spirit are a must for a
room redesign.
It all starts with an initial consultation where
we explore your lifestyle, style and goals. Photo's of the existing room are
taken at this time. Existing elements
throughout your home will be used unless
instructed otherwise. Any elements not mentioned
become objects of art to be included in the
redesign or staging.
On the day your redesign is scheduled, The Lone
Rearranger
and our Tonto's will be busily at work
revitalizing your space. The space will be emptied and
reassembled using the Principles and Elements of
Interior Design.
We also offer a "mini-makeover or mini-staging"
service
where we (you and the Lone Rearranger) do the
redesign together at the first meeting.
This is the most economical approach at $60 hr. The space is not
emptied. Small furniture, pictures, and
accessories will be moved.
Once completed, "after" photographs of your
transformed space will be taken and the reveal
is done. We live for that moment! We
will leave you with written professional advice for
possible future
improvements as well (if needed).
All homeowners and pets need to be out of the
room and the existing elements should be
reasonably clean. If it's summertime
please lower the air conditioner to 68 degrees as well.
We will re-hang your current artwork and mirrors
(exception below) and add things that you won't
see like plate hangers and risers for
accessories. We make what you already have
look refreshed and renewed.
Design Consultation:
We evaluate your lifestyle, tastes and goals
then address the area's of concern. We'll
address all areas of design - like show you how to
hang your pictures, how to choose color, window
treatment ideas, and where's the least expensive
place to buy decorating items. We don't
get kickback's from any companies so we can be
totally unbiased. We'll leave you with
tons of decorator tips so you can decorate with
confidence.
